Good questions
How long does a detail take?
A Full Detail takes about 3.5 hours. Full Detail + Cut & Polish + Paint Protection takes about 4.5 hours. Washes and mini details are quicker. The time you pick is your start time.
Do I need to be home?
Not the whole time. We just need access to the car and a spot to work. Many customers book us while they're at work or busy at home.
Do you need my water or power?
Let us know when you book if there's no outdoor tap or power point nearby, and we'll sort out the setup before we arrive.
How do I pay?
Pay after the job, once you've checked the car. Cash is appreciated, and card is fine too.
Why might the final price change?
Prices are for cars in normal condition. Heavy pet hair, mould, sand or stains can add time, so we'll confirm the price after a quick inspection before we start.
What if it rains?
If the weather turns, we'll message you to move the booking to the next good day at no cost.
